Job Title:   Manager/Consultant (Risk Data Domain)

Job Description

• As a Consultant at Incedo, you will be responsible for managing client engagements from initiation to closure. You should have experience with project management methodologies and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead and structure consulting engagements for financial services clients, demonstrating strong skills in project planning, execution, and outcome delivery across technology and data product initiatives.
• Build and manage trusted client relationships by proactively understanding client priorities, communicating effectively, and driving strategic discussions to solve complex business challenges.
• An understanding of the data lifecycle, including data sourcing, ETL processes, metadata management, and/or data quality principles to support building robust data products.
• Knowledge of data governance and control frameworks.
• Knowledge and/or subject matter expertise in consumer collections and regulatory reporting for risk management initiatives.
• 4-6 years of experience in financial services (preferably retail and/or retail lending) consulting.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills, with proven problem-solving ability.

Skills Requirements:

• Strong project management skills and experience in managing large-scale software projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Expertise in data sourcing, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, metadata management, and maintaining data quality standards.
• Skilled in implementing data governance frameworks, regulatory reporting processes, and compliance controls in financial services (retail lending, consumer collections).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards), PowerPoint (executive reporting), and Word (technical documentation).
• Experienced in using Jira and Confluence for project tracking, task management, and team collaboration.
• Strong understanding of Open Banking regulations, CFPB mandates, and risk reporting frameworks in the banking and lending sectors.
• Adept at preparing detailed documentation, project status reports, and strategic presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
