We seek Motivational Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. ProSidian Speakers Bureau delivers expert-led, purpose-driven keynote and guest speaking engagements that align strategic messaging with event objectives—empowering audiences through impactful communication by industry leaders, subject matter experts, and thought influencers across conferences, academic forums, corporate summits, and community events.  Motivation And Personal Growth Category Speakers  Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Adversity & Resilience Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Motivation & Personal Growth Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling. Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants.  Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages.  Adversity & Resilience speakers specialize in delivering compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their area of expertise. Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Motivational Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Motivation & Personal Growth Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling. Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants.  Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages.  Motivational speakers are dynamic, results-driven communicators who empower individuals and teams to overcome challenges, embrace growth, and take purposeful action. Through a powerful blend of personal narrative, behavioral insight, and high-performance strategies, they engage audiences with emotionally resonant storytelling and deliver actionable frameworks that foster resilience, mindset transformation, and long-term progress. Whether guiding organizations through change, reigniting team purpose, or building leadership confidence, motivational speakers act as catalysts for measurable inspiration and sustained impact—transforming keynote stages, classrooms, corporate summits, and community forums into platforms for transformation and performance-driven momentum.
Motivational Keynote Speaker  Communicates impactful ideas aligned with an organization’s brand values of integrity, growth, and cultural relevance through keynote delivery.  Deliver tailored, high-impact presentations that educate, inspire, and engage diverse audiences across themes relevant to the speaker's expertise.

Desired Qualifications For Motivational Keynote/Guest Speaker | Motivation And Personal Growth [ESC1U173] (ESC1U173) Candidates:

Proven track record as a motivational speaker in educational or corporate settings.
Demonstrated ability to connect with diverse audiences.  Current or previous role aligned with Motivation & Personal Growth activities driving qualifications as a Motivational Keynote Speaker.  Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, subject matter expertise, and ability to connect with varied audiences.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of public speaking or coaching experience.
Experience working with educational institutions or youth programs preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications or professional/lived experience in subject area highly valued. 

Proven track record as a motivational speaker in educational or corporate settings.
Demonstrated ability to connect with diverse audiences.  Current or previous role aligned with Motivation & Personal Growth activities driving qualifications as a Motivational Keynote Speaker.  Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, subject matter expertise, and ability to connect with varied audiences.
