Job Description:

Poshmark is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Host Growth to lead the expansion of Posh Shows—our fast-growing live shopping platform redefining how sellers connect with buyers in real time. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of social commerce at the intersection of community, content, and commerce.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will drive the growth and success of Posh Shows’ host community across multiple seller types, including resellers, creators, and boutiques. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to scale a thriving ecosystem of high-potential live sellers.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and lead the strategy for host acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple new and existing categories
  • Build and manage a high-performing team focused on host acquisition, onboarding and ongoing account management
  • Develop scalable programs to increase host engagement, loyalty, and performance
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to optimize the end-to-end host experience
  • Track performance metrics and deliver against ambitious growth goals

What you bring: 

  • 8+ years of experience in growth, business development, or sales leadership, ideally within a marketplace, live commerce, or creator-driven platform
  • Proven ability to scale user or seller communities through acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to prioritize, execute, and adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a track record of translating insights into business impact and measurable growth
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders 
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams across sales and account management
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in evolving product or market conditions
  • Passion for live commerce, social selling, or creator ecosystems is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred

Salary Range:


$151,000.00 - $220,500.00 AnnualAbout Us
