Your Influential Mission: You Will…

• Design and test fit metal brackets for installation of our hardware in Electronic Gaming Machines
• Install hardware for demonstration systems, test labs and live production
• Perform test cases in our QA test room to support our global team
• Troubleshoot issues requiring physical presence
• Support new licensee implementations, working rota shifts through operational hours during the go live creche period on site
• Train customers in Neon device operation and management
• Provide remote and onsite support to our licensees
• Repair hardware returned by licensees
• Assemble, test, programme, and package Neon computing devices

Components for Success: You have…

• Experience of minimum two years in field customer support
• Technical and analytical mindset, with a passion for problem solving
• Strong IT skills, server-based applications, and networking
• Experience of the casino industry is essential
• Experience with CAD design software
• Fluent written and spoken English and Slovenian, other languages advantageous
