About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Design Director to lead and grow our in-house design team from our Miami office. In this role, you'll define and drive the design strategy across our portfolio of iGaming products, ensuring seamless user experiences, strong brand alignment, and innovative UI execution. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to shape how design contributes to user satisfaction, product differentiation, and business growth.

You’ll be hands-on in the early stages, setting the vision, building systems, and mentoring a growing team, while also being a strategic leader who can represent design at the highest levels. This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up and make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the design vision, strategy, and processes across products and platforms

• Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of product designers, UX/UI specialists, and creatives

• Collaborate onsite with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, to align on priorities and execution

• Oversee the creation and implementation of design systems and scalable component libraries

• Guide the design of end-to-end product experiences, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual polish

• Use research, user testing, and data insights to inform design decisions and improve product usability

• Foster a collaborative, feedback-rich design culture in the office

• Provide hands-on support in high-impact projects as needed (e.g., prototyping, design critiques, brand refinement)

• Maintain consistency in design language and user experience across the product ecosystem

• Stay up-to-date on design trends in gaming, crypto, and tech to keep our products competitive

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience with at least 2 years in a design leadership role

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI work, preferably in gaming, iGaming, or interactive products

• Proven experience building and managing design teams

• Expert in Figma and modern design workflows

• Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design

• Experience designing for React and React Native environments preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence across departments

• Passion for gaming and creating engaging, intuitive player experiences

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.‍
