We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to both the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff. This position reports directly to the Deputy Chief of Staff and is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and values staying organized while managing multiple responsibilities.

Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Anticipate the needs of the Chief of Staff or Deputy Chief of Staff and identify opportunities to streamline processes and proactively solve problems
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor and follow up on action items, ensuring tasks and priorities remain on track and aligned with strategic goals
- Coordinate and support cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff
- Assist in managing confidential projects, research assignments, and time-sensitive deliverables
- Maintain awareness of ongoing priorities and upcoming needs to anticipate support proactively
- Track deadlines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in the preparation of reports and materials
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting senior leadership or high-level executives
- Strong Proficiency with widely used office productivity software such as Google Workspace or MS Office
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and forward-thinking, with a solution-oriented mindset
