As we scale, we’re seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to help bolster our demand generation initiatives across omnichannel digital landscapes.

You will collaborate closely with the existing team to execute cutting-edge campaigns across paid search, programmatic media, web optimization, and personalized email marketing. Your contributions to data-driven reporting and agile optimization will be crucial in accelerating qualified pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities

Website Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Develop and manage dynamic landing pages in WordPress, ensuring seamless integration of analytics and tracking for campaign attribution.
  • Employ advanced analytics, user behavior tools, and AI-powered insights to analyze website performance, identify friction points, and implement CRO strategies to maximize lead generation.
  • Implement strategies to optimize content for AI-driven search experiences and leverage knowledge graphs to enhance organic discoverability and brand presence in SERPs.

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

  • Work closely with Senior Growth Marketing Manager and Demand Generation Director to deploy automated email sequences in Marketo, leveraging dynamic content and audience segmentation to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Analyze email campaign performance using real-time analytics to optimize deliverability, open rates, and conversion rates across complex nurture and outbound workflows.

Event Marketing & Lead Nurturing

  • Utilize data enrichment tools to identify and segment event attendees, developing multi-touch outreach strategies to engage qualified prospects across digital channels.
  • Coordinate hybrid event logistics, enabling seamless collaboration between virtual and in-person attendees, and providing digital enablement resources to the sales team.
  • Orchestrate post-event lead nurturing campaigns utilizing marketing automation and CRM integration to drive engagement and conversion.

Data Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Aggregate and analyze multi-channel performance data from paid media, email campaigns, SEO platforms, and CRM systems to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop interactive marketing dashboards to visualize data, identify trends, and monitor key performance indicators across the marketing funnel.
  • Employ predictive analytics and machine learning to derive actionable insights for campaign optimization, A/B testing, and strategic decision-making.

  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS or related industries.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of paid search, SEO, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in data management and campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in advanced analytics, Google Search Console, AI-powered SEO tools, account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and full-funnel website optimization.
  • Willing to work ET timezone

  • Compensation range for this role is $75k - $85k annual base salary.
