About Role

Our Client is a fast-growing organic lead generation company helping businesses drive sales through strategic posting in local Facebook groups. In less than a year, they’ve scaled to nearly 120 active clients.

For our client, we are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on VP of Marketing & Client Success to lead the charge in organic marketing, client satisfaction, and internal team growth. This is a pivotal role in our leadership team, responsible for driving scalable growth, building world-class systems, and elevating our client and marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Marketing & Facebook Growth Strategy

  • Manage and scale 20+ Facebook accounts, driving organic lead generation and community engagement
  • Own the end-to-end Facebook Group strategy: growth, content, and performance
  • Develop, test, and execute organic growth tactics, staying current on platform updates and trends
  • Build social accounts from scratch into high-performing channels through compelling copy and visuals
  • Optimise group presence to drive inbound leads, group engagement, and client satisfaction

Content & Copy Leadership

  • Lead the direction of copywriting and content creation, ensuring alignment with client voice and marketing goals
  • Personally write and review high-performing content that speaks to local markets and generates leads
  • Oversee team-wide publishing efforts across Facebook Groups, providing quality assurance and strategic guidance
  • Guide content strategies across other social platforms as needed

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients – aligning on goals, reviewing performance, and addressing issues
  • Drive retention and satisfaction by proactively identifying challenges and delivering solutions
  • Lead onboarding and ensure every new client starts strong with clear expectations and great first impressions
  • Monitor group and campaign performance, sharing insights through strategic monthly reviews

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of 10+ marketing and client success professionals
  • Create a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • Design incentive structures to reward performance and retain top talent
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and coach the team to hit performance targets

Performance Optimization & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign data and group insights to make informed decisions
  • Continuously refine workflows and content strategies based on results
  • Ensure all team activities are aligned with the broader vision and growth goals

  • Organic Marketing Expert: 3+ years in organic marketing, ideally in Facebook Group engagement, with a proven ability to scale social communities and drive leads
  • Master Copywriter & Storyteller: You know how to create engaging, converting content that drives action
  • Client-First Leader: You build trust with clients, solve problems before they arise, and deliver results that exceed expectations
  • Team Builder & Motivator: You lead with empathy, set a high bar, and know how to build a culture that delivers
  • Execution-Oriented Strategist: You think big, act fast, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done
  • Strong Communicator: Fluent in English with a professional, American tone in both written and verbal communications

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Review daily performance, content calendar, and team priorities
  • Conduct strategy calls and check-ins with clients to align on goals and ensure satisfaction
  • Dive into Facebook Group content, providing feedback or making edits to ensure impact and brand alignment
  • Lead a team meeting to review KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with paid media, creative, and operations teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
  • End the day reviewing strategic initiatives, planning growth experiments, or onboarding a new high-potential client
