You will play a key role in guiding clients towards the best CRM strategies and software applications tailored to their unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Spanish-speaking clients to understand their business software and CRM needs.
• Provide expert recommendations on suitable software solutions that enhance client operations.
• Assist clients with the implementation and integration of CRM systems and business software.
• Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize the use of their software solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in business software and CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in business software, CRM solutions, or consulting roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Understanding of various CRM platforms and their functionalities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
