In this role, you will be the primary support contact for Polish-speaking users, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to freelance and remote job opportunities. Your role is crucial in helping users navigate the platforms and ensuring they have a positive experience. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Polish-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with questions related to account setups, project listings, and job applications.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to foster user satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of user interactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve platform functionality and user experience based on feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform features to provide informed assistance to users.

• Fluency in Polish and English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in online platforms or freelance services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• A proactive and enthusiastic mindset, with the ability to work independently.
