Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Polish-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist clients with questions related to account setups, project listings, and job applications.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to foster user satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of user interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve platform functionality and user experience based on feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform features to provide informed assistance to users.
- Fluency in Polish and English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in online platforms or freelance services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- A proactive and enthusiastic mindset, with the ability to work independently.
