Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, order status, returns, and site navigation.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in online retail or e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
