In this vibrant role, you will provide outstanding support to Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries relating to fashion products, order management, and returns. Your passion for fashion and dedication to customer service will significantly enhance the shopping experience for our clientele. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, order status, sizing information, and return policies.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, product offerings, and company policies to better assist customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

• Fluency in Polish and English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion or retail industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple inquiries.
