This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about e-commerce and are eager to support our Nordic-speaking clients in optimizing their online payment strategies. As a consultant, you will provide expert advice and personalized solutions that enhance the client experience and drive business growth in the digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Nordic-speaking clients to assess their unique online payment challenges and needs.
• Offer tailored recommendations on online payment solutions that align with client objectives and enhance user experience.
• Assist clients with the integration and implementation of customized payment platforms.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation to ensure smooth operation.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in the online payment landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in online payment systems, e-commerce, or client-facing consulting roles.
• Strong analytical skills to effectively assess client needs and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with various online payment platforms and best practices in payment security.
• A proactive self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
