Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding home entertainment systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and installation support.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective solutions and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially within the home entertainment or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
