Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding smart home products, features, and functionalities.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance the user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a seamless resolution of customer issues.
• Stay informed about the latest smart home technology trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart home sectors, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Technical aptitude and an understanding of smart home technology is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
