Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users of the virtual job and freelance platforms.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to platform functionalities, job opportunities, and account management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document interactions with users and relay valuable feedback to improve platform services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and address common concerns.
  • Stay updated on platform features and services to provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Encourage user engagement and assist with onboarding processes for new platform users.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within online platforms or tech-related roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to customer care and a passion for helping others succeed in their freelance journeys.
