Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer support in German for inquiries related to streaming services
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns
• Assist customers with account management and subscription services
• Offer personalized content recommendations based on customer preferences
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide effective solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform offerings

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or technology industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
