Pannos is seeking a Project Manager – Web to lead the charge in planning, scheduling, and budgeting web projects that deliver an outstanding client experience. In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects stay on track, issues are resolved quickly, and communication is clear every step of the way. You'll coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines, and help improve processes to keep things running smoothly.
Requirements
- Help drive and deliver a positive client experience where every project has a Project Plan, Schedule and Budget forecast.
- Work directly with Director of Web Services to schedule and plan meetings to allow for planning and updates throughout the course of a project
- Assist with planning client meeting content and presentations.
- Provide project and client interaction clarity through regular status updates, consistent client communication, responsiveness and transparency.
- Troubleshoot and clearly articulate proposed solutions to the client.
- Ensure work is delivered on-time and on-budget.
- Build client trust by striving to exceed client expectations with every activity and deliverable, following established process, and pro-actively managing projects.
- Provide clients with realistic timelines and then resource work to meet them.
- Staff client work with appropriate resources to get work completed successfully.
- Advocate for clients, projects, teams, and fellow peers.
- Create a collaborative environment by celebrating the great work we do and rewarding clients, team members, and projects.
- Ensure decision makers have all pertinent information they need to make decisions.
- Raise project, client, and Crew concerns as soon as possible.
- Update and record all time worked daily in provided time-tracking software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency, web, or digital environment.
- Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project updates and solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings, preparing presentations, and leading client communications.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Experience with time-tracking and project management software (e.g., Asana, FunctionPoint, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and foster a positive, accountable, and inclusive work environment.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in the office.
- Must be able to remain in a sedentary position for prolonged periods of time.
- Repetition of fine motor skills using wrists, hands, and fingers is required.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Must be able to respond flexibly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel may be required for conferences, client meetings, or company events.
- May require occasional extended hours or flexible scheduling to meet deadlines or support events.
