Job Summary:

Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager plans and develops the production projects. They need to create and lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage money, ensure customer satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of their team members.

Job Duties:

·        Lead high-complexity, multi-phase projects from contract to customer final acceptance

·        Provide technical and strategic leadership across planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery

·        Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining project quality, timeline, and budget

·        Act as primary client interface to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts

·        Collaborate with engineering, production, and purchasing to ensure project coordination and integration

·        Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle

·        Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and change orders

·        Lead kick-off meetings and regular project reviews with internal and external stakeholders

·        Track KPIs and contribute to department-level performance improvements

·        Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery, scheduling, and client satisfaction

·        Support and coach Project Managers and Coordinators across departments

Minimum Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, or related field required

·        Minimum of five plus years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required

·        Demonstrated success in leading large-scale or technically complex projects required

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills required

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required

·        Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment required

·        Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required

·        Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required

·        Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required

·        Alignment with company core values required

Preferred Qualifications:

·        PMP Certification preferred

·        Experience mentoring or supervising project team members preferred

·        Seven plus years of experience managing industrial/electrical equipment manufacturing projects preferred
