📢 We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative with 4-40 License

📍 Location: SW 87th Ave., Miami, FL 33165

🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break)

💼 Position Type: On-site

💰 Base Salary: $18–$20 per hour + Monthly Commissions averaging $500 to $1,500

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Insurance Agent with an active 4-40 license to join our team. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in advising homeowners or business owners, with strong sales skills and a focus on customer service. The role offers a competitive base salary and attractive performance-based commissions. We are a well-known insurance company with a strong presence in South Florida.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

Advise property-owning clients on property, commercial, and personal insurance.
Quote, issue, and renew policies.
Identify cross-selling opportunities in auto, life, liability insurance, etc.
Manage accounts, answer questions, and provide post-sale follow-up.
Keep records up to date and comply with internal processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Active 4-40 license in the state of Florida.
Previous experience working with property-owning clients (residential and/or commercial).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Results-driven and goal-oriented.
Proficient in computer use and insurance software.
English and Spanish required.
