About the role:
We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist with expertise in digital marketing to join our team remotely. This role will focus on executing and refining our paid acquisition strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Your creativity and analytical skills will be essential in developing compelling ad campaigns that not only capture attention but also drive measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement paid advertising strategies that align with our company's revenue goals, ensuring sustainable customer acquisition and growth.
- Conduct media buying across paid social platforms while evaluating performance data to optimize marketing efforts.
- Lead creative strategy by developing engaging static and video content for our ad campaigns while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Continuously refine acquisition strategies to improve average order value (AOV) and conversion rates, guided by metrics like ROAS and MER.
- Work with internal stakeholders to optimize landing pages and enhance ad performance.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends within digital marketing, particularly in paid acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on DTC e-commerce, either within an agency or as part of an in-house team, managing a 7-figure annual ad spend.
- Proven experience in developing high-performing ad creative and campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of integrating creative, copy, and audience targeting to achieve profitable results.
- Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition efforts on Facebook and Instagram, with a proven track record of achieving target ROAS and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- A background in creating successful direct response marketing campaigns.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing analytics and performance metrics effectively.
- Proficiency with e-commerce marketing tools and platforms such as Replo, Shopify, TripleWhale, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience with video and graphic design software, such as Canva, Capcut, or Photoshop.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while possessing exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
