Job Overview
Austin Fitness Group is the leading franchisee of Orangetheory Fitness studios across seven different markets. As we expand our impact, we’re looking for a dedicated and organized Corporate Recruiter to join our team and help attract, engage, and onboard high-caliber talent aligned with our mission and culture.
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruitment and onboarding across the Orangetheory Fitness studio network and corporate team. This role ensures a smooth and efficient hiring process from sourcing to start date while also supporting key HR functions. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into current and future staffing needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in designing and executing end-to-end recruitment campaigns to fulfill staffing requirements and achieve organizational goals.
- Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to comprehensively comprehend staffing and job requisition needs, ensuring recruiting strategies are closely aligned.
- Educate and guide hiring managers on recruitment responsibilities, legal obligations, and effective candidate management.
- Perform candidate qualification through phone screenings, present top candidates to hiring managers, and facilitate interview scheduling.
- Support hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering guidance on interviewing, candidate selection, salary negotiation, offer extension, and onboarding.
- Communicate efficiently with management and HR team to ensure recruitment expenses and job offers adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Process HR hiring and onboarding in a timely manner, guaranteeing compliance and data precision within the HRIS.
- Generate accurate promotion and demotion letters and update HRIS accordingly.
- Conduct regular data audits to maintain data accuracy and compliance standards.
- Coordinate and submit background checks for incoming candidates.
- Serve as the point of contact for the payroll department, providing troubleshooting support for new employee profiles.
- Create a distribute weekly internal job postings
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Profound knowledge of effective recruitment strategies, tools, sources, and best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP or similar systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment and hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals across all organizational levels.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, demonstrating a sense of urgency to meet business objectives.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), web-based applications, and business systems.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience required.

- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working at a computer.
- May require ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs for inventory resources.
