The opportunity
As our Enterprise Sales Director, you’ll lead strategic sales engagements from first conversation through to signed agreement and successful onboarding. You’ll shape Onside’s enterprise sales strategy, land high-value deals with large organisations, and play a key role in delivering commercial success.
You won’t inherit a playbook — you’ll build it. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, cross-functional influence, and commercial impact.
What you'll do
- Own the enterprise sales strategies – Help define our enterprise game plan - from target markets and value propositions to outreach tactics and partnership structures.
- Lead complex sales cycles – Run point from solution design through to close, navigating multiple stakeholders, unique requirements, and long-cycle negotiations.
- Drive commercial excellence – Shape high-value, multi-year deals that balance ambition with operational feasibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, and Finance to ensure deals land smoothly and deliver value.
- Contribute as a senior sales voice – Influence sales team thinking, uplift our approach to enterprise, and model high standards across the team.
You'll thrive here if you:
- Have deep experience selling complex SaaS into large organisations – ideally across compliance, risk, health & safety, or similar sectors.
- Know how to craft strategy and execute it – from targeting accounts to closing.
- Are commercially astute, with strong negotiation capability and a knack for unlocking value.
- Think in terms of systems, data, and customer problems – not just quotas.
- Love autonomy and accountability, with a track record of exceeding targets and pushing for excellence.
