We’re looking for a Content Team Lead to guide and grow our talented content team. From strategy to execution, you’ll be the driving force behind our blog, video scripts, gated content, landing pages, SEO performance, and everything in between. You'll play a key role in shaping our voice, scaling content operations, and ensuring everything we publish is both high-performing and unmistakably Omnisend.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Communications & Creative, you’ll manage writers, oversee content processes, and collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Design, and PR.
\n- Own and evolve our content strategy — ensuring alignment with brand, SEO, product marketing, and demand gen goals;
- Manage and mentor a team of in-house writers and freelancers, helping them grow and produce their best work;
- Oversee content planning and production across formats: blogs, video scripts, guides, whitepapers, and more;
- Use data to guide decisions: identify content opportunities, prioritize what to produce, and measure performance;
- Work cross-functionally with SEO, Product Marketing, and the Comms team (Brand, PR, Video, Design, Competitive Intel) to align messaging and content strategy;
- Maintain a high bar for quality, clarity, tone of voice, and originality across all content touchpoints;
- Drive processes that make content production more efficient and scalable.
- Native or fluent English writing skills, with excellent editing and storytelling instincts;
- A strong creative track record to help guide our growing creatives for standalone or multi-faceted projects;
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with 2+ years managing people or leading projects;
- Strong emotional intelligence that expresses in leadership skills that allow you to guide the team, while not afraid to get your hands dirty in order to get the job done;
- A track record of producing content that drives measurable business outcomes (traffic, signups, engagement);
- Experience managing content calendars, freelancers, and multi-format editorial workflows;
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to balance them with great writing;
- A strategic mindset and the ability to prioritize what matters most;
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or marketing tech.
- Gross salary starting point from 4000 EUR/gross based on experience;
