Job Description

Nextgen is looking to hire a Business Analyst who supports the Director of Acquisition in a number of ways focused on complex analysis of acquisition finance issues.

Responsibilities
  • Performing complex life cycle management analysis on existing Air and Marine assets and proposed new acquisitions.
  • Performing complex analysis of alternatives (AoA) on Air and Marine assets.
  • Performing complex acquisition baseline planning (APB) support for separate programs.
  • Performing complex Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA).
  • Performing complex short notice research and short notice analytical support.


Qualifications
  • Experience leading team of 8-10 engineers and balancing stakeholders
  • Experience with SysML using Cameo/MagicDraw, Cameo Simulation Toolkit, Model Center and/or AGI SAM, Rhapsody or Sparx Enterprise Architect
  • Experience with DoDAF (either UDPM and/or UAF)
  • Experience with GOTS MS&A tools (AFSIM, EWIRDB/TMAP or similar)
  • Experience with COTS MS&A tools: AGI STK, Phoenix ModelCenter, Dassault SOLIDWORKS, Keysight EXata, SystemVue or similar)
  • Experience developing CAD or CAE models
  • Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Python, C++
  • Experience with DevSecOps including use of CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to develop new plugins/scripts for MBSE and MS&A tools/frameworks
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
