Job Description

About Netskope

Today, there's more data and users outside the enterprise than inside, causing the network perimeter as we know it to dissolve. We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.

Since 2012, we have built the market-leading cloud security company and an award-winning culture powered by hundreds of employees spread across offices in Santa Clara, St. Louis, Bangalore, London, Paris, Melbourne, Taipei, and Tokyo. Our core values are openness, honesty, and transparency, and we purposely developed our open desk layouts and large meeting spaces to support and promote partnerships, collaboration, and teamwork. From catered lunches and office celebrations to employee recognition events and social professional groups such as the Awesome Women of Netskope (AWON), we strive to keep work fun, supportive and interactive.  Visit us at Netskope Careers. • Process Optimization & Scalability: Methodically improve and automate QTC processes using lean-agile principles to reduce waste and enhance operational flow through process optimization, enabling efficient scaling.
    • System Implementation: Direct the evaluation, selection, and enhancement of QTC applications (esp. Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Netsuite), ensuring simple, clear solutions that support a modern architecture and integrate seamlessly.
    • Business Partnership: Deeply understand stakeholder needs through continuous feedback (Sprint Reviews, syncs), gathering requirements and iteratively solving business problems.
    • Data Integrity & Reporting: Uphold data quality standards and oversee reporting/analytics for data-driven agile decisions.
    • Vendor Management: Strategically manage QTC software vendor relationships and accountability.

Finance & Legal Systems & Processes:

    • Roadmap & Delivery: Lead the iterative development and delivery of the Finance and Legal systems strategy and roadmap (e.g., Netsuite, FP&A tools, procurement, LegalTech), including system modernization and continuous improvement plans.
    • Process Automation & Efficiency: Own the implementation of automation to streamline finance and legal processes, focusing on enhancing efficiency across all areas to ensure scalability.
    • System Implementation & Integration: Direct Finance and Legal application implementation and optimization, ensuring successful adoption and a progressively modern system landscape.
    • Compliance & Security: Ensure all systems and processes adhere to compliance (SOX, GDPR) and security standards within the agile lifecycle.
    • Business Partnership: Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Legal leadership to deliver scalable solutions iteratively.
    • Data Management & Analytics: Support data governance and enable analytics for agile decision-making.
    • Vendor Management: Manage Finance and Legal technology vendor relationships and accountability.

General Product & Team Leadership (Empowered, Agile Leadership):

    • Change Leadership: Drive effective change management for new systems and processes within the IT Product Operating Model.
    • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budgets and resources, aligning with strategic priorities and agile funding.
    • Industry Expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of industry best practices, agile methodologies, and relevant system trends.
Requirements:
