Associate Principal Engineer -- .NET Lead Developer

Must have Skills : C# (Expert), SQL Server (Capable), 

Job Description :

• Provide technical leadership to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality
• Experience on Microsoft .NET Framework , .NetCore , VB.NET , MVC
• Provide support for SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and help with troubleshooting and maintaining
• Windows Services, IIS, Thick-Client deployment
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Implement new enhancements as per business requirements
• Create and maintain application support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, procedures, and process documentation.
• On-call support for high priority issues
• Strong Communication Skills in English both written and spoken
• Good knowledge and working experience on Agile
• Customer Focused and Proactive - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Experience of leading a team of engineers and providing mentorship in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
