Working Hours: 40 hours per week/Full-Time, flexible schedule with 4–5 hours US EST overlap; must work weekends during peak seasons

Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced and highly driven Video Editor to join our fast-paced, creative team at a growing U.S. brick toys brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, innovation, and high-output performance ad content creation.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in producing compelling performance-driven video ads, with a strong focus on efficiency and quality. You must be proficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline your editing process and scale content production. Expect to create up to 100 engaging video ads per month, managing large asset libraries while maintaining an exceptional attention to detail.

This role is perfect for a self-motivated, creative thinker who works quickly and independently, delivering results with minimal supervision. A deep understanding of performance marketing, competitor research, and AI-enhanced workflows is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-volume, performance-optimized video ad creatives for social and digital platforms
  • Utilize AI technologies to increase output and enhance creative execution
  • Independently generate innovative content ideas tailored to target audiences
  • Research competitors and industry trends to inform and inspire creative direction
  • Manage and organize large media and asset libraries for fast, consistent output
  • Deliver up to 100 video ads per month without compromising on quality
  • Maintain a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency across all deliverables
  • Take full ownership of your creative output, requiring little to no oversight
  • Proven expertise in video editing and AI-assisted creative production
  • Strong portfolio showcasing direct-response or performance-driven ad creatives
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality content quickly and independently
  • Self-motivated and self-taught, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex asset workflows
  • Highly creative, resourceful, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
