Requirements

Position Summary:


The HR Business Partner – Benefits and Organizational Support plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, with a strong emphasis on employee benefits administration and operational HR support. This position ensures that benefit programs are competitive, compliant, and effectively communicated, while also supporting broader HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:


Organizational HR Support

  • Partner with department leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support organizational development and culture.

Employee Benefits Administration

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment, including employee communications, system updates, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA).
  • Analyze benefits utilization and recommend enhancements to improve employee satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation.

Organizational HR Support

  • Partner with department leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
