THE JOB:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting our ADA process functions and departmental community engagement recruiting initiatives, you will have the chance to be an integral part of recruiting and advocating brand awareness to target talent audiences. This position allows you to become a career navigation subject expert at MGM Resorts and support in Las Vegas and our regional properties.

THE STARTING RATE:

  • $23.00/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Conduct a weekly scheduled ADA job search criteria and provide support as needed
  • Maintain a detailed account of all ADA candidate expectations, communications, and actions
  • Provide weekly reporting for all ADA candidate statuses to legal and employee relations partners
  • Measure candidate satisfaction through feedback surveys, exploratory conversations, and candidate retention metrics
  • Collect and manage hiring metrics to provide insights for strategic improvement
  • Monitor candidate experience at each stage and provide assessments and optimization suggestions to ensure the efficiency of our process and candidate engagement satisfaction
  • Support ad-hoc projects, programs, attend and host community events, career fairs, and other hiring events.
  • Develop feedback loops with hiring managers to improve hiring processes and candidate interactions continually

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
