THE JOB:  

As a Spa Receptionist, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to providing delightful check-in experiences for guests, and maintain impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.  

THE STARTING RATE: $15

THE SCHEDULE: On Call

Spa Hours of Operation:
Mon: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Tues to Wed: Closed
Thurs to Sun: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:  

• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and presentable for all incoming guests

• Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

• Assist guests in the booking of spa services, and use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities

• Create exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with questions, ensuring professional and courteous behavior

• Manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa and salon software system

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:  

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

• Prior experience in a spa & salon setting, or as a retail sales associate
