We are seeking a Principal Business Process Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that help shape the future of healthcare. This position plays a critical role in the Surgical Operating Unit’s Clinical, Medical, and Health Economics, Policy & Reimbursement (HEPR) function.In this high-impact role, you will use your strategic mindset and analytical expertise to help guide resource optimization, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making across a dynamic and fast-evolving business.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with function and enterprise-level goals
Design and manage intuitive, impactful dashboards and reporting tools to support real-time visibility and decision-making
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; translate data into strategic recommendations
Partner closely with Clinical, Medical, HEPR leadership, and cross-functional teams to assess business needs, improve processes, and drive efficiencies
Facilitate the creation, refinement, and optimization of data-related strategies and process workflows
Champion best practices in business process management and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Translate complex data into compelling stories for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and technologies that support advanced analytics and reporting
Data analytics in regard to AOP/Finances/Resources
Must Have: Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR
Advanced degree with 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience developing KPIs, building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and generating insights from data
Strong business acumen with an understanding of organizational strategy and operational excellence
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or life sciences industries
Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Analytics, or equivalent)
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge of enterprise data tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Smartsheet)
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
