Job Description
MasterBrand Cabinets LLC – a leader in the U.S. Cabinet Manufacturing Industry - is looking for a confident, results-oriented Manager, Full Access Marketing & Training to join a high-performing and passionate team responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the MasterBrand’s Dealer Segment Marketing and Training.
The selected candidate will report to the Director, Brand & Product Strategy, KC, VSC FA, UE and work intimately with Product, Sales, Customer Service, Creative, Digital, and other internal teams as well as external partners to develop and execute Marketing programs and Train our internal and external stakeholders.
This non-supervisory role but will own and orchestrate and execute the marketing campaigns and product launch readiness in support of the brands this leader owns. This will require extensive cross-functional collaboration.
The chosen candidate will be collaborative, driven, excited to try new approaches, and care deeply about the customer experience with an eye always on positioning MasterBrand as the preferred partner of choice.
The position is remote, and the selected candidate must be located in the continental United States, preferably on the West Coast (California, Washington, or Oregon).
Responsibilities:
Develops and executes targeted brand marketing and training campaigns to build dealer/designer confidence and drive brand sales.
Activates the Marketing Strategy through the development and execution of marketing programs, digital and traditional marketing materials and content
Builds a personal in-depth level of customer intimacy and tailored marketing and training strategies to help designers effectively sell our cabinetry.
Crafts the brand story into a succinct, repeatable message which allows designers and the sales team to easily convey the brand’s advantages over our competitors.
Creates sales tools, merchandising, and collateral which creates a positive brand perception and facilitates product engagement and understanding.
Composes engaging, relevant training modules on product, design, and selling, which drive excitement and build customer loyalty.
Hosts educational in-person and virtual training events which make KitchenCraft and Urban Effects into a designer-recommended brand within our customers’ showrooms.
Collaborates with the social media team to provide engaging content and leverages brand capabilities to foster brand excitement.
Solicits and acts on customer feedback and utilizes the information to improve communications and training materials.
Develops in-depth knowledge of all MasterBrand strategic business units. Leverages ideas from other reviews and co-workers to provide value-added recommendations and best practices to others.

Qualifications
Experience in cabinet manufacturing highly desired.
Experience working as or with a Kitchen Designer utilizing Design Live (2020) preferred.
Passionate about kitchen design and teaching others.
Some business to business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
Personable with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Highly organized with an eye and passion for detail.
Strong desire to win; bias for action.
Self-starter. Does not require constant direction.
Consistently polished and professional appearance both in-person and virtually.
Solution-oriented thinker who can adequately assess and prioritize business needs and translate those into thoughtful and creative executions.
Passion for content development, writing, and customer engagement to drive results.
Ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of multiple brands and cater messaging to a variety of audiences.
Skilled in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Willing to become an expert in a new function, tool, etc.
Ability to travel 20% of the time to conduct training events in the field, travel with reps, visit customers, and attend business meetings as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field or comparable work experience.
3+ years' experience in Marketing, Training, Sales, Design, or similar field.
Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms, Smartsheet, Canva, and/or Slido is preferred.
