Mangone Law Firm, LLC is an immigration law firm committed to helping the New Americans gain legal status in the U.S since 2012.

Our office is in New Jersey, but we represent immigrants all over the United States. We concentrate our efforts on helping our clients to stay safe, with their families.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Verifications Team Member to join our remote team and handle the review, verification, and validation of immigration documentation. This role is crucial to ensure that all submitted information complies with our internal standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the legal and client support teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing of documents.

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within law firms, immigration, or document compliance departments.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of document validation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
• Experience with task and document management tools (e.g., Camplegal, Monday, Slack).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
