Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Solution Leadership

• Serve as the lead architect on strategic customer implementations from discovery to go-live
  

• Design end-to-end solutions tailored to customer objectives, leveraging Lyric’s platform capabilities
  

• Lead value-driven discovery sessions and technical design workshops
  

• Build strong, consultative relationships with business and IT stakeholders
  

• Partner cross-functionally with internal delivery, product, and data teams to ensure solution alignment
  

Platform Architecture and Technical Design

• Translate business requirements into integrated solutions using Lyric’s modeling, orchestration, and data science components
  

• Architect modular workflows that balance reusability, flexibility, and performance
  

• Provide hands-on leadership in the design of data pipelines, optimization logic, user interfaces, and KPI frameworks
  

• Ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Lyric’s delivery standards
  

Domain Expertise in One of Three Areas
You must bring deep expertise in at least one of the following:

• Modeling and Scenario Analysis
  Design and implement models that simulate networks, inventory strategies, and transportation policies. Use Lyric’s composable modeling tools to support scenario-based decision making and optimization.
  

• Operational Planning and Execution
  Build and enhance workflows for demand planning, replenishment, production scheduling, and fulfillment. Help customers augment or modernize their existing planning systems with intelligent science-driven components.
  

• Predictive Intelligence and AI/ML Use Cases
  Architect and deploy machine learning models that support forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, or prescriptive decision-making. Work with customer and internal data teams to embed predictive intelligence into operational workflows.
  

Team Development and Internal Collaboration

• Mentor junior consultants and provide architectural guidance across the delivery team
  

• Contribute to reusable design patterns, accelerators, and best practices
  

• Actively share learnings with Customer Success Business Partners (Account Managers) to drive cohesive engagement strategies
  

• Provide feedback loops into Product, Data, and Engineering based on delivery experience
  

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain, technology consulting, or SaaS solution delivery
  

• Deep fluency in at least one of the following: simulation modeling, planning and execution systems, or AI/ML use cases
  

• Track record of leading end-to-end architecture and implementation for complex enterprise systems
  

• Familiarity with legacy planning systems and ability to position Lyric as a modern alternative
  

• Exceptional communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
  

• Experience managing delivery scope, aligning roadmaps, and influencing customer strategy
  

• Bonus: Experience building reusable solution templates or scaling delivery practices
