Job Description

LV Collective is seeking a bold, creative, and execution-minded Rainey Street Hospitality & Events Manager to help shape the cultural and guest experience along one of Austin’s most iconic streets. Based out of our flagship property, Paseo, this is a unique role for someone who thrives at the intersection of hospitality, community building, and event curation.

As we bring several new concepts online across Rainey Street—from cocktail bars and rooftops to restaurants and bungalows—you’ll serve as the connective tissue between brands, guests, partners, and the broader community. Equal parts spokesperson, event planner, and logistics coordinator, this role calls for someone who can dream up unforgettable experiences and execute them flawlessly.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and elevate the guest experience across Rainey Street venues associated with LV Collective
  • Plan and execute on-brand events and seasonal programming that bring the street to life
  • Act as the go-to liaison for partners, collaborators, and neighborhood stakeholders
  • Serve as the face of Paseo and our Rainey Street presence—engaging with media, brands, and the community
  • Build and manage event calendars, production timelines, and budget tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Design, Leasing) to amplify activations across venues
  • Work alongside General Managers and front-of-house teams to ensure hospitality excellence
  • Interact regularly with other Rainey Street business owners to ensure alignment, amplification, and partnership on street-wide events
  • Oversee and manage the new Rainey Street District website and social media channels—ensuring content is accurate, timely, and on-brand
  • Coordinate operational logistics across multiple venues with an eye toward seamless execution

Who You Are

  • 3–6 year’s experience in hospitality, event production, experiential marketing, or lifestyle brand management
  • A natural host with strong instincts for people, hospitality, and culture
  • Impeccable attention to detail with proven ability to manage budgets and deadlines
  • Comfortable with digital platforms (basic CMS, Instagram, etc.) and working with creatives to keep content fresh
  • You don’t just plan events—you curate experiences that guests talk about for months
  • A strong communicator who can interface with business owners, city stakeholders, and creative teams alike
  • Passionate about Austin’s local culture, with a pulse on what’s cool, now and next
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
