Job Description

This role will be based in São Paulo.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.


As a GTM Ops Intern, you will apply the knowledge and techniques learned in the classroom to the real-world and will build your experiences and help you transform and elevate your career trajectory.

You will be part of the Talent Solutions Planning & Performance team (teammates also based in London, NY, Nashville). Main stakeholders include Sales VPs & Global GTM Operations leaders along with other key cross functional teams in the US, EMEA and APAC (Finance, Pricing, Mkt, Biz Operations).

What the job entails: 


• Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise leadership on forecasting and performance management of the global LTS business. 
• Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g., financial planning, headcount, segmentation).
• Participating in projects that deal with complex business problems and that combine strategy, analytics, and operations at a global level. 
• Advise senior members of the sales organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities. 
• Present insights and recommendations to executives and global sales operations partners. 
• Availability between 1 to 1,5 year of internship, 30 hours/week from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

• Enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or similar courses with an analytical focus.
• Fluency in verbal/written in English is key to efficiently communicate with your teammates based in the United States and articulate your work output to a Sr. Director/Vice-President audience (Sales, Sales and Business Operations, Finance functions). 
• Experience using MS Excel and programming language (examples relating to data manipulation and quantitative analysis or financial models will be important given this role will be heavily analytical.
 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Advanced MS Excel/SQL experience is a differentiator, despite hiring for candidate’s potential and growth mindset.
• Thinking through problems in a structured manner, attention to detail and highly organized. 
• High energy, enthusiastic individual. 
• Independent, autonomous, and adaptable to change. 
• An active interest in training and development.
