POSITION SUMMARY:   

 

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be a key executive responsible for defining and executing the Libertas overall marketing strategy. Focused on building a digital marketing capabilities, deepening engagement with past clients, expanding touchpoints with partners, and increasing brand strength and visibility, the CMO will lead efforts in content development, brand management, and stakeholder communications. Additionally, the role encompasses managing customer and employee satisfaction initiatives such as NPS and eNPS programs, ensuring high levels of connectivity, morale, and positive feedback within the organization and among clients.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals, emphasizing digital growth, client retention, partner engagement, and brand positioning.
  • Digital & Content Strategy:Lead initiatives to build and maximize a digital marketing channel, creating compelling website content, and expanding digital touchpoints to elevate brand presence and engagement among consumers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Brand Awareness & Positioning:Oversee brand development efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences to increase awareness and market share.
  • Client & Partner Engagement:Drive digital outreach and marketing campaigns focused on deepening relationships with previous clients and expanding partnerships, increasing loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Customer & Employee Feedback Programs:Manage NPS initiatives with partners and merchants, and oversee eNPS programs along with annual employee surveys, fostering a culture of continuous feedback, high satisfaction, and active engagement.
  • Data & Analytics:Leverage marketing analytics and customer insights to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and measure success through KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting.
  • Innovation & Technology:Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends and digital tools, assessing and integrating innovative solutions to keep the organization at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales, product, and operational teams to ensure marketing initiatives support organizational growth, client retention, and customer experience excellence.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards, safeguarding organizational integrity.
  • Thought Leadership:Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and conferences, strengthening brand reputation and fostering industry connections.

 

 

SUPERVISORY & ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Lead and develop the marketing, content, digital, and communications teams.
  • Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive culture that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support professional development and talent retention within the marketing organization.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

 

Experience:

  • 15+ years in senior marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing successful digital campaigns, content strategies, and stakeholder engagement programs.

 

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with executional excellence.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencer skills across organizational levels.
  • Data-driven decision-making and proficiency with marketing analytics platforms.

Salary Range: $200K-$250K
