Position Overview
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a U.S.-based company specializing in seasonal and corporate lighting solutions. This role is ideal for a mid-level sales professional who is skilled in B2B outreach and lead qualification, and who speaks with a neutral English accent. The SDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting outbound outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings for the Account Executive.
This is a full-time, remote role following a U.S. time zone schedule.
\n- Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective B2B clients in key industries including retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate cold outreach through email, phone, and social platforms to engage leads and introduce the company’s products and services.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads to ensure they meet the company’s ideal customer profile before passing them to sales.
- Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings or product demos for the Account Executive.
- Collaboration: Work closely with and report directly to the Account Executive, providing updates on outreach progress and pipeline status.
- `CRM Use: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, status updates, and scheduled meetings in the CRM system.
- 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Development or Lead Generation role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral or North American-friendly English accent.
- Proven experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn/social prospecting.
- Ability to research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating remotely with a U.S.-based team.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools for tracking outreach and lead management.
- Experience selling or prospecting in seasonal, retail, or design-focused industries.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot).
- Background working with U.S.-based clients or teams.
