Position Description:

We are currently seeking a Vice President of Publisher Services to join our team of custom solutions experts. In this role within hand2mind’s B2B Custom Solutions and Service business unit, you will be responsible for protecting and growing existing client portfolio and identifying and securing new client opportunities aligned to our corporate strategy and capabilities. Through the management of our custom solutions account management, product development, and customer service teams, you will ensure that the unique needs and contractual obligations of our company’s top revenue producing clients are consistently exceeded.

Scope of Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Drive revenue growth through exploration and development of new business opportunities and customer acquisition or expanding product portfolio with current customer base.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the business unit’s annual revenue budget by assuming lead role in the team’s successful execution of B2B RFPs from existing clients and new prospects through collaboration with our product development, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships deep within existing client networks through the development and execution of strategic account plans, conducting technical and consultative sales support calls at client sites and via conference calls, and proactively identifying and resolving critical issues encountered by our clients and the hand2mind team.
  • Working with EVP of Corporate Partnerships, negotiate client supply agreements for new customers and secure renewals of existing agreements to ensure ongoing business continuity and maintain competitive barriers to entry.
  • Assume an accountable leadership role in the management of a team of industry-leading experts responsible for driving a first-class client experience that creates lasting relationships, builds competitive barriers to entry, and meets or exceeds our company’s contractual performance obligations.
  • Other duties for this role will be assigned as necessary/appropriate.

Requirements/Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent executive management work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive management responsible for business development and sales operations activities that includes managing a team and developing operational plans and departmental budgets
  • Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment working with product structures / bills of materials
  • Above average mathematical and analytical skillset
  • High proficiency working in a computer environment and various software technology
  • Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience with intermediate level Excel skills

Compensation Range: Up to $225,000 annual salary – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set or location. Total compensation includes profit sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits (details can be found here).
