Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a customer-focused and solution-oriented Client Success Specialist to join our rapidly growing, collaborative and diverse team. The Client Success Specialist will act as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution and a high-level of customer satisfaction. What the Client Success Specialist role looks like:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Account Strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and create tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Customer Support: Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to share customer insights and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting & Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Track performance metrics (KPI’s/SLA’s) for external customers, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve client satisfaction.
What our ideal candidate looks like:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of account management, sales, or customer service experience.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills - ability to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience.
- Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
Work Environment:
- Standard office setting
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs
- Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time
