Job Description

  • Promote and drive culture and adoption of MBSE throughout the organization
  • Provide training and support to other engineers, technicians, and team members
  • Provide systems engineering leadership to a diverse team consisting of traditional SEs, Model-Based SEs, CM Analysts, Enterprise Architects, Program and Data analysts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams by working closely with various engineering disciplines and departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated SE approach
  • Manage, mentor, and teach engineers in the development of model-based environments and transformation of manual document-based environments and processes
  • Communicate complex engineering technical information to team members of various backgrounds and disciplines
  • Provide status and briefings to leadership, to include senior government customers and stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Training: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or technical discipline required  

Experience:

    • 4+ years of systems engineering experience
    • Strong knowledge of systems engineering frameworks (e.g. DoDAF, UAF, TOGAF) required
    • Strong knowledge of modeling languages (e.g. SySML, UML) required
    • Experience using model-based SE tools (DOORs, Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.) required 

Security:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
  • Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
  • Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000

Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
