Role Overview
We’re seeking a data-savvy, client-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads and META (Facebook/Instagram). This role collaborates across creative and technical teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that align with broader brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities
? Develop, manage, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and META platforms
? Build clear, visually engaging reports using Google Sheets or Excel, transforming raw data into meaningful performance insights
? Monitor analytics and campaign performance metrics to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative execution
? Partner with the Creative team to ensure messaging and visual assets are aligned for maximum impact
? Present campaign results and strategy recommendations to clients in a clear, confident, and personable way
? Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients and proactively support their goals
? Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance media
? Bonus: Support email marketing efforts and contribute to integrated campaign strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and META advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, especially for data analysis and visualization
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPL, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting data-driven strategies to clients
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong client management instincts
