Program Summary

KBR’S AFCAP V group provides ongoing support and operations services to the United States Air Force.

Job Summary

The AFCAP V Operations Coordinator under direct supervision, will perform a wide range of administrative and other support services for the AFCAP project.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinative activities in support of managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the project/site.
  • Responsible for the completion of required reports and tasks of the project in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. 
  • Supports the site leadership to fulfill contractual reporting requirements to the United States Government. 
  • Demonstrate excellent communications skills with all levels of management and interfaces with client personnel and subcontractors.
  • Promote and uphold KBR’s Zero Harm safety program policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree and minimum1 year of experience.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U. S. Driver's License.
  • Must have ability to acquire US passport.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in international shipping, import- export compliance.
  • Preferred experience in international labor laws / requirements.
  • Preferred experience in project cost tracking and reporting.
  • Preferred experience in developing scopes of work.
  • Preferred experience in subcontract management.
  • Preferred property management and material controls and logistics experience.
