Manager, Stock Administration 

The Manager of Equity Administration will be responsible for supporting our global equity compensation programs from plan design through implementation, along with ongoing hands-on, end-to-end administration of Kaseya’s global equity plans and related transactions, policies, programs and processes. 
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Manage the daily administration of Kaseya’s global equity incentive plans and serve as the primary point person for equity related tasks, projects, employee inquiries, and oversight of our equity systems.  
  • Administer equity plans using the Carta platform, including timely processing of stock option grants (and RSUs is a plus), exercises, cancellations, and terminations.  
  • Administer and execute domestic as well as international equity programs 
  • Maintain data integrity by reconciling monthly equity activity, including shares outstanding and share reserves among company records, and third-party vendors.  
  • Assist in development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to stock administration, and ensure compliance with internal controls.  
  • Create and implement process improvements and support automation initiatives between equity and HR systems.  
  • Partner with the People Team to create, maintain, and deliver educational materials and customized resources.  
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as needed and required by the Company, in collaboration with Finance, Payroll, Legal and People teams.  
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and foreign regulations along with securities laws.  
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, management and collaborators. 
  • Support implementation and maintenance of information systems. 

Qualifications/ Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, 
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation required. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of stock administration role in a large company with 10+ foreign subsidiaries preferred 
  • Both Private and Public company equity administration experience a plus 
  • Experienced with Carta system is required. 
  • Experience with Morgan Stanley’s Shareworks and Equity Edge Online is a plus 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards and programs across multiple jurisdictions (domestic and international) 
  • Proficient in Excel 
  • Experience with Oracle HCM is a plus 
  • Strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skill and proven ability to drive for data integrity 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and customer service oriented 
  • Use discretion in handling confidential and/or proprietary information. 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, leadership, and vendors 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to lead a variety of projects from start to finish, including needs identification and assessment, gap and modeling analysis, solution design, and implementation.
