Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to users on issues involving networks, systems, workstations, peripherals, facilities, and cybersecurity.
- Coordinate and manage changes in collaboration with relevant IT departments.
- Support the IT Service Desk, working closely with systems, networking teams, and external vendors to resolve issues.
- Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring access control compliance.
- Implement IT security policies and best practices.
- Supervise IT equipment installations at plants, offices, and facilities.
- Educate and train users on digital tools and applications.
- Provide onsite and remote second-level support, including troubleshooting network, printing, and videoconferencing issues.
- Support only within predefined sites in Attica, with no requirement for travel outside them during working hours.
- Degree: Bachelor's in Science, Technology, or Engineering
- Experience: At least 5 years in IT operations and end-user support
- Experience in energy or industrial IT sectors is considered a strong asset
- Hands-on experience in supporting IT systems in large organizations
- Experience in IT operations and OS configuration
- Familiarity with scripting, software development, and databases
- Knowledge of low-code platforms and workflow automation
- Exposure to AI tools
- Familiarity with basic networking equipment setup
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts
- Experience with OT systems
