Job Description
JOBJACK is looking for a driven and engaging Sales Development Representative (SDR) -Mid- Market / Enterprise to join our highly dynamic and fast-growing sales team. You will work closely with our Head of Sales to reach our vision to Employ the World by helping to expand our clientele. As an SDR, you will be undertaking all activities to assist in the completion of successful sales demos. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting new direct sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities- Source Qualified leads using Apollo.io and LinkedIn
- Exploratory calls with leads and book demos
- Collaboratively work with the Marketing, Customer Success and leadership teams to develop lead-generation strategies
- Work towards fulfilling the SDR career path in leading demos
- Express improvement suggestions to our Head of Sales to increase new sales
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma
- 3- 4 years of proven working experience as an SDR, sales executive or a relevant role
- Dedicated and confident
- Resourceful problem-solver
- Positive team player: building relationships is a core function
- Adaptability: Ability to apply new knowledge in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
- Results Oriented: Focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets, consistently achieving or surpassing goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, crafting compelling sales messages, conducting effective cold calls, and delivering engaging presentations.
- Time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

- Experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator who effectively conveys value propositions and builds rapport with prospects.
- Subject Matter Expert in sales methodologies, CRM systems, and prospecting tools.
- Skilled in leveraging data-driven insights and market research to optimize outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates.
