Sr UX Designer (Remote - US)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior UX Designer in the United States.

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior UX Designer to help redefine how organizations manage their most critical business relationships through enterprise software. In this role, you’ll lead the user experience strategy and execution for a sophisticated Contract Lifecycle Management platform. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists, you’ll drive user-centric design solutions that are both innovative and practical. You’ll champion accessibility and usability, ensuring design excellence across every touchpoint. This is a key opportunity to influence an industry-leading B2B product while leveraging modern AI tools to enhance the user journey.

Accountabilities:

• Drive the end-to-end UX design process, from user research through final implementation
• Facilitate discovery workshops and co-design sessions with customers and stakeholders
• Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent and test usability
• Integrate AI capabilities into the platform with a focus on ethical design, transparency, and control
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, customer success, and data teams
• Conduct user testing, synthesize insights, and apply findings to improve user experience
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability

• 5+ years of experience in UX, interaction design, or information architecture
• Proven track record designing successful B2B enterprise applications
• Strong proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Experience with WCAG-compliant design and accessibility best practices
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., for research, ideation, prototyping)
• Ability to lead user research and apply findings to product development
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person customer sessions
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
