One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager EMEA in France.
As a Senior Sales Marketing Manager EMEA, you will play a central role in aligning go-to-market strategies with regional business goals across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Acting as a key link between global marketing and local sales teams, you’ll create sales enablement tools, marketing content, and commercial offers that drive impact throughout the sales funnel. You’ll help craft compelling value propositions, facilitate adoption of sales materials, and tailor campaigns to sector-specific needs. This is a strategic, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, tech-driven environments.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive analyses
- Drive adoption and usage of marketing materials across EMEA sales teams via training and performance tracking
- Launch go-to-market plans for new products and offers, ensuring alignment between central and local teams
- Collaborate with Insights, Studio, and Product Marketing teams to translate product features into clear value propositions
- Create industry-specific advertising packages to support vertical-focused sales efforts
- Act as the primary contact for EMEA sales teams, gathering feedback and iterating marketing content accordingly
- Support narrative development for objection handling and client engagement strategies
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Solution Marketing, or Offer Marketing (ideally within AdTech, Media, or Tech sectors)
- Skilled in presentation tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Deep understanding of sales processes, storytelling techniques, and value-based selling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in French is a plus
- Proven ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable sales content
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with strong business acumen
- Passion for innovation and experience in fast-paced, digital-first environments
