One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager FinCrime in Poland.
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to lead initiatives focused on financial crime prevention and risk operations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and driving product strategies that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen fraud detection capabilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, optimize processes, and reduce false positives, all while enhancing the overall integrity of the platform. This is a high-impact role where a strong product mindset, excellent execution skills, and an analytical approach are essential.
Accountabilities:
- Lead product initiatives focused on financial crime prevention, risk operations, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct user research, validate hypotheses, and drive continuous discovery to identify product opportunities
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to design, deliver, and refine product features
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration
- Analyze product performance and make data-informed decisions to improve key metrics
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, from evaluation to implementation and performance monitoring
- 5+ years of product management experience with a deep understanding of the full product lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a data-driven mindset
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions
- Experience with process optimization, automation, and vendor integration
- Solid understanding of UX principles and consumer conversion optimization
- Familiarity with regulated products and financial crime prevention is a strong plus
